The teams designed and built several outdoor extensions that integrate with the existing structure:

• a pool house with two storage rooms and an outdoor kitchen

• access doors concealed within textured exotic wood siding

• a 12-meter pool with a dividing wall clad in the same siding

• integrated vertical LED lighting to define the outdoor spaces

• a gym and a garage

The design was conceived to create a visual continuity between the different spaces and enhance the overall coherence of the project.

Interior renovation: reconfiguring spaces and upgrading the design

Next, the teams focused on the interior renovation of the house, completely reimagining the living spaces.

The work focused on:

• the entrance

• the kitchen

• the laundry room

• the living room

Upstairs, two bedrooms have been completely redesigned as suites, inspired by the hotel industry, combining comfort, functionality, and high-quality finishes.

Coordination of the work: comprehensive project management

The teams at Darroman Design® and d-Bat handled all aspects of the project, working in coordination with specialized partners to:
