House Construction in Capbreton
- Year – 2025
- Architect: @vincentpoeymirooarchitecture
- General contractor: Darroman Design + d Bat
This project involves the new construction of a 298-square-meter architect-designed villa in Capbreton, designed to meet specific requirements regarding space, light, and circulation.
Prior to submitting the building permit application, extensive work was carried out on the 2D and 3D plans to optimize the layout of the spaces. This design phase allowed us to adjust the volumes and position the openings in a way that aligns with the intended uses and the orientation of the site.
The goal was to strike a balance between architectural aesthetics, comfort, and everyday functionality.
The construction was then carried out entirely by the teams at d-Bat and Darroman Design®, with a constant focus on the quality of workmanship. Every stage of the project was closely monitored to ensure consistency with the original design and adherence to the technical and aesthetic choices made.
This comprehensive approach, from design to completion, ensures continuity between the architectural vision and its practical implementation.
